FairTSA’s mission is to facilitate international trade that is participatory, equitable and sustainable. Our commitment is to run an effective administration to maximize benefit to producer operations. We accomplish this through authentic, transparent work in partnership with our international network of organic certification agencies, and a wide variety of producers and licensees. We all collaborate in making Fair Trade a rewarding way of life.

Our purpose is to provide all partners in the supply chain with a flexible Fair Trade program that is as much about engagement with partners as it is about providing a strong program with well-defined requirements. While accountability is necessary, engagement is where communal change happens. Flexibility is also necessary for the unique situations of diverse international projects. Therefore, direct talks and negotiating solutions with our partners is an integral and everyday part of our program.

Farm Fresh Direct began in 1999. We are a coalition of family farms focused on empowering and educating buyers through the produce we grow (potatoes, sweet potatoes and onions) and the category service we provide. Together, we have introduced a multitude of new products and packaging innovations, as well as become the largest organic potato provider in the U.S. We believe in encouraging everyone to rediscover the joy and simplicity of preparing and eating fresh potatoes and other produce.

Farmhand Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a vision to remove harmful chemicals from the global food system. We will do this by supporting farmers through their transition to organic and regenerative practices through education, innovation and providing services such as farm planning, application for certification, access to financial resources, and supply chain development. The website will provide a user experience to help farmers who want to grow organic and regenerative, aren’t sure where to start and don’t have the resources to dedicate to something so complex.

They believed that through these farming practices, they would be able to offer the best quality milk that would result in genuine, wholesome and traditional flavour for their cheese and butter. That’s how L’Ancêtre Cheese Factory began.

These visionary farmers also understood the importance of incorporating modern trends and technologies into their everyday farming routines. By fusing past and present, they are now able to provide products of the highest quality, made in an environment that adheres to the strictest standards.
